It doesn’t matter if you are a regular golfer or wish to run a marathon it is extremely important that you prepare accordingly. Most sports have very different physical and mental requirements, needing different approaches. However they also have great commonalities, a fact that is frequently not mentioned by many fitness ‘professionals’.

Strength is the key regardless of what you want to achieve. You wouldn’t take to the golf course without a putter so why go out having not performed the proper conditioning?
