The purpose of Rehab is to eliminate dysfunction and return the body to it’s pre-injury state or better. Failure to rehab even the most simple of injuries can result in an increased possibility of future injury and restriction of movement. This can lead to needlessly giving up an activity or pastime. Working one on one with a physiotherapist and conditioning coach can help prevent this.
Common Injuries
Injuries may be the result of a single incident, or of repeated overuse. The result can be damage and pain. Common injuries include damaged knee and ankle ligaments, shoulder dislocations, bruising and repetitive strain injuries.
