Many people chose running to get fit, it is probably the most accessible form of exercise, all you need is a pair of trainers, shorts, a t-shirt and the desire to do it and your away. However the majority of people have never learnt to run properly, placing huge stress on their musculoskeletal system.

Running is all about efficiency, if the technical aspects of a persons running style aren’t correct it can make running painful and inefficient. Not to mention substantially increasing the risk of injury. Simple exercises can be undertaken to strengthen key muscles that will improve running form along with drills to improve the technical aspects of a persons running style that will allow for greater economy and educed risk of injury.
