Below are 5 simple guidelines that will help you on your way to better nutrition

  1. A Good Breakfast
    An army marches on it's stomach. Poached eggs, Porridge or Kippers are all good.

  2. Eat 3 Meals a Day
    Eating regularly helps keep our metabolism moving and in turn burns more calories. Consume 3 meals and 2 snacks.

  3. H2O
    We are made of up to 65% water so try and keep it that way.

  4. Reduce Caffeine
    Caffeine dehydrates us and illicits
    insulin secreation which isn't good.

  5. Consistency
    It’s not about perfection it’s about
    consistency week in week out.
