Colin Allan

Born in Inverness a Scottish & British Schools Gold medal winning sprinter, Colin went on to represent London Wasps and Heinekan Cup Winners Northampton Saints. A member of the UK Strength & Conditioning Association Colin has recently completed an M.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, has writen a number of articles for the press and appeared in the media.
